If you have a rush order don't be afraid to ask, as
we are usually able to come through for you. We
never charge for artwork and all of your custom design
work will be done at no cost by our professional graphic
artists.

Bay Imprint, we are never satisfied until the customer
is satisfied. We are continually working to
improve upon our 20+ years experience of helping our
customers reach their goals. The way for us to do
this is to deal with the customer directly. Any
kind of idea, question or comment you may have, please
don't hesitate to e-mail,
fax, or call us as we are never too busy to talk to

Secure Online Payments
This
site offers a Secure Online Ordering Process and credit
card information collected by Bay Imprint is encrypted
through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) before it is transmitted
over the Internet. If you are still uncomfortable

or fax 1-410-822-1951 with your order information.
Our
Return Policy for Printed Apparel
We feel that you
will be satisfied with your order. Personalized merchandise
can only be returned for replacement and only if it
is defective. Any personalized product that is misprinted
by our error will be replaced. All returns must be
confirmed with Bay Imprint before returning. Returns
after two weeks of delivery cannot be accepted. Please
inspect your package upon receipt. Returns are not
eligible for a refund of shipping charges. Sales on
PhotoShirts are final.
Promotional
Item Under/Over runs
In certain instances
you may receive an overage or a shortage on your order.
Due
to manufacturing production standards there will be
over runs and occasionally under runs. Bay Imprint
will do everything possible to reduce this occurrence.
The industry standard on most products is ±
5%. For instance, if you order 1,000 pencils you could
potentially receive between 950 and 1,050 pencils.
We
will bill either your account or credit card only
for the actual quantity shipped.
Our
Privacy/Security Policy
Use of Personal Information
Your name,
shipping and billing addresses, and credit card numbers
are used by Bay Imprint in order to provide you with
the goods that you purchase on the Web site. We use
your e-mail address to provide you with information
about your order and its status, and we may occasionally
send out e-mails to people who have placed an order
online, offering them more great deals.
Your phone number is used by Bay Imprint only in the
event that we need to contact you about an order you
have placed.
Bay Imprint does not share with any third party any
personal information that could readily identify any
customer.
Credit

Some Internet shoppers worry that unauthorized
persons may intercept the data and gain access to
credit card numbers, but shopping on a secure site
is actually safer than handing a credit card to a
waiter in a restaurant. Taking the steps below will
